Raspberry Brownies

The protein brownies were such a hit that we decided to play around just a little bit more to see what we could come up with! And this is what we created…They are even better (if that’s possible) than the first ones!
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 C Stevia
  • 3 Tbsp Cocnut Oil (melted)
  • 4 Tbsp of Raspberry Sugar-free Jelly


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in microwave on high and cook for 2-4 minutes.
Serving Size: 1 Brownie
(Makes 8 Servings)
