Chocolate Cherry Pie

If you haven’t noticed we are obsessed with chocolate AND throwing stuff in a bowl and stirring:) We LOVE to make healthy eating simple!! Most people think health food is boring and time consuming, but it’s NOT!! It’s super easy and can be just as yummy as some of your favorite dishes. Dont belive us? Try this…

Ingredients:
 
For the Crust
  • 2 C Gluten-Free Baking Mix (Greenwise section of Publix)
  • 1/2 C Best Life Spread
  • 1/2 C Stevia
  • 6-8 Tbsp Water
 
For the Filling:
  • 1/2 Package Fat-Free Cream Cheese or Neufchatel 1/3 less fat
  • 1/2 Container Sugar-Free Cool Whip
  • 1/4 C Best Life Spread
  • 1/2 C Stevia
  • 1/2 Jar Sugar-Free Cherry Jam
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Small Package Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix

Directions:

For the crust, just follow the directions on the package;) For the filling mix it all in a bowl with a hand mixer and poor on top of cooled pie crust. This dish can be served hot or cold!
