- 1 tbs Cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1-1 1/2 C Whole Rolled Oats
- 1/2 C Coconut Oil (warmed)
- 2 Eggs (or 4 Egg Whites)
- 3/4 C Splenda
- 2 Scoops chocolate protein powder
We like to mix it all up and use a microwave because, well, who wants to wait for cookies to cook?? Nuke them for 1-2 minutes and enjoy!
